Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 10:00. Early arrival or late departure is possible by prior arrangement.

Number of guests
The accommodation can be booked for a maximum of 6 people. Please note that only the guests listed in the booking are staying in the property.

Peace and quiet
The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00. Parties, events and loud music are not allowed.

Smoking
The house is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.

Pets
The accommodation has a cat-friendly atmosphere, but pets are only allowed after prior arrangement.

Pool use
The pool is used at your own risk. Children may only use it with parental supervision. Pool heating is available upon request and at an additional cost.

Use of the property
Please take care of the equipment and furnishings. In case of any damage, please report it immediately.

Security
Please lock the doors and windows upon departure. Loss of keys may result in an additional charge.

Cleanliness
The house will be handed over professionally cleaned. Extra cleaning can be requested for longer stays.
